Matt R. Powell moved into a leadership role in his twenties and has found a strong place as a manager, motivator, and teacher.

Matt is the Owner and General Manager of Windermere Real Estate/Lane County. Windermere Real Estate/Lane County is one of the largest real estate companies in Lane County.

As a life-long member of Lane County and graduate from the University of Oregon, he continues to be very active in the community.

With an extensive background in Real Estate, Matt’s experience includes: property management, real estate investing, and working as both a Buyer’s and Seller’s agent. As a Sales Associate, Broker, and currently Principal Broker, Matt has achieved many accolades in his career.

Matt is a regular lecturer on real estate topics for Windermere Services, The University of Oregon, and he teaches Real Estate Practices at Lane Community College. In June 2006, Matt was honored as a “30 under 30 REALTOR”. REALTOR Magazine profiled 30 real estate professionals under the age of 30. With more than 550 applicants Matt was selected and profiled in the National REALTOR Magazine.

With an abundance of energy and spark for business, Matt can offer an abundance of insight and motivation for many different venues.
